Initial Consultation and Idea Gathering
Purpose: Understand the client’s vision and requirements.
Details to Gather: Desired size, colors, thematic elements, and specific design preferences.
Concept Development and Collaboration
Action: Brainstorm concepts collaboratively using reference materials.
Materials Used: Reference images, logos, and any client-provided materials to develop initial rough drafts.
Virtual Rendering and Review
Tool: Specialized Studio software.
Output: Create a virtual render that closely represents the final product in 3D.
Feedback and Revision
Process: Share the virtual render with the client.
Objective: Gather feedback and discuss revisions, including adjustments to design elements and colors.
Final Rendering and Approval
Incorporation: Include all client feedback and finalize the design.
Approval: Produce the final virtual render and seek client approval before production.
Production and Assembly
Phase: Production commences once approval is secured.
Actions: Order bricks and components, assemble the set, and prepare custom stickers and instructions.
Quality Check and Shipping
Quality Assurance: Conduct a quality check to ensure conformity with design specifications.
Logistics: Securely package and arrange shipping to the client’s preferred location.
