Von Maur partnered with Business Bricks to translate its heritage department store aesthetic into a custom LEGO model. As a family-owned retailer known for upscale merchandise, attentive customer service, and a relaxed shopping experience complete with live piano music, Von Maur wanted a keepsake that reflected both tradition and modern retail charm. The custom set gave customers, associates, and partners a timeless display piece that celebrates service, elegance, and the personal touch that defines Von Maur.
Founded in 1872 in Davenport, Iowa, Von Maur has grown from a single downtown store into dozens of locations across multiple states while maintaining its reputation for free gift wrapping and interest-free charge accounts. At Business Bricks, we captured that balance of old-world service and contemporary styleone brick at a time.
