In true Netflix fashion, and in alignment with their mission to entertain the world, Nat from Netflix wanted to provide her team with an employee recognition gift that was unique, fun, and entertaining. Not only did everyone love it, they also shared their new gift on social media, reinforcing the brand’s focus on culture and employee experience. This earned media and social capital added more value than the custom LEGO® set on its own. In the end, it was a big win, all around.
